How do we do it?
Our team inspects every rug we receive, digitally recording the nature of any staining so the treatment can be customised to the fabric, as one cleaning process does not suit all types.
Once in the premises, we will manually beat the rugs to loosen dirt, dust and oil from the fibres in a traditional manner that prepares the fabric for the next part of the process.
Next, the rug is placed on to our automated rug cleaner, with a customised setting used to apply the most suitable washing process and the rotating brushes then get to work to agitate those heavy stains.
High pressure rinsing jets wash away the dirt so we can ensure each rug has a penetrating deep clean.
When the cleaning is done, we place the rugs into the centrifuge and shake, rattle and roll 95% of the moisture out before moving to the purpose built drying room, where the rugs are hung in an environmentally controlled area.
After we are satisfied the rugs are clean, dried and ready, we carefully roll, wrap and return to you.
